  • Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

    No, as long as your laundry is in the designated location at pickup time, we’ll take care of it. For delivery, you can specify a secure drop-off spot.

  • What should I put my laundry in for pickup?

    Please bag your laundry in a standard laundry bag or disposable bag for your first service. After your initial order, we’ll provide you with a reusable laundry bag for future pickups

  • What items are not accepted?

    We do not process heavily soiled items, hazardous materials, or dry-clean-only garments.  If you’re unsure, contact us before scheduling a pickup

  • What detergents do you use?

    We primarily use Renegade Pro Clean Laundry Detergent, an innovative cleaning solution designed for superior fabric care. It is pH-neutral, non-toxic, and skin-safe, making it gentle on clothes while effectively removing dirt and stains.


    For an additional cost, we also offer specialty detergent options for those who prefer a customized laundry experience.

  • Can I provide my own detergent?

    Yes. If you have sensitive skin or a preferred brand, you may provide your own detergent. Please include this request when scheduling your service so we can accommodate it properly.

  • How are my clothes washed?

    We separate laundry by color (whites, lights, and darks) to ensure proper care. Lights and darks are washed on cold with our premium detergent and dried on medium heat, while whites are washed on hot with our premium detergent and non-chlorinated bleach, then dried on medium heat. Wash and dry settings may also be adjusted based on customer preferences and soil level to achieve the best results.

  • Is my laundry inspected before being washed?

    Yes, our basic inspection includes identifying visible stains and checking pockets for any items left behind. However, we do not conduct a detailed item-by-item inspection, so we recommend providing any special care instructions when placing your order

  • Can I request special handling for my clothes?

    We do our best to accommodate special handling requests, such as specific folding preferences or detergent choices. However, depending on the request, we cannot guarantee all customizations. Please let us know your preferences when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to fulfill them.

  • What happens if I have a missing or damaged item?

    We take great care with every load, but if you experience an issue, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.   While we strive for the highest level of care, Prestige Laundry Co. is not responsible for items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or manufacturer defects.

  • Do you offer same-day or rush service?

    At this time, we do not offer same-day service. Our standard 48-hour turnaround ensures quality care for your laundry.
